Submission of Application Form (no set quotas):
- Application Fees: $40 (to be submitted with the application form), non-refundable regardless of success or failure of the application.
- Submission Method: In-person with the following documents
~ Birth certificate (Copy)
~ Vaccination records (Copy)
~ 2 passport sized photos
~ 2 self-addressed envelopes (stuck with $2.2 worth of stamps)
Admissions Criteria:
- Interview performance
- Priority given to applicants with siblings currently studying in the school
- Parents are employees of the school
- Priority of Full-Day Class given to families in need (e.g. dual-income families or families that need to take care of disabled persons, etc.)
Interview Arrangements:
- Our school will arrange for an interview with all applicants.
- The interview notice will be given to parents during application submissions. Please attend the interview according to the time and date on the notice.
- Interviews will be one-on-one and group format.
- Only 1 parent is allowed to accompany the child during the interview.

Results Announcement:
We will upload a list of successful candidates onto the school website and a hard copy
will be published on our front door on the 2nd December, 2024.
We will also notify the parents of successful candidates by post.
Registration Arrangements:
- Successful candidates: Parent must complete registrations between 2ndto 4th January, 2025 (Centralised Registration Dates), and hand in the original copy of the Kindergarten Admission Pass/ Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission and the registration fees.
- Waitlist candidates: Should there be any free spaces, we will notify the candidates individually. Parents please complete registrations during the designated time period and hand in the original copy of the Kindergarten Admission Pass/ Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission and the registration fees.
- Parents please note that if you are unable to hand in the Kindergarten Admission Pass/ Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission during the designated time period, we are unable to complete the registration for your child. Thus, parents must apply for the relevant documents from the Education Bureau during the designated period.
- The registration fees for the 2025/26 school year is $970 (Half-Day) and $1,570 (Full-Day). Should your child study at our school, we will return the fees between September and October.
- However, should parents change schools after they registered, please deliver a formal notice to our school, and arrange a time to get your child’s relevant registration documents. The registration fees will not be refunded, and after you have taken back relevant registration documents, we will no longer reserve your child’s placement.

Applying for 2025/26 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission or Kindergarten Admission Pass
- Under the Kindergarten Education Scheme, eligible children for education in Hong Kong will receive ONE registration document. kindergartens under the Scheme will only admit children with a valid registration document.
- Parents must apply for the “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” document from the Education Bureau directly.
- The Education Bureau will announce between September and November when parents can apply for the registration certificate. Application guidelines can be found at https://www.edb.gov.hk/k1-admission_e
- If all relevant information and documents have been submitted correctly the application process typically is completed within 6-8 weeks. Registration certificates will be delivered by mail.
- Children who are eligible for education in Hong Kong but do not qualify for the subsidy scheme will be provided with a “Kindergarten Admission Pass”. Parents may then register their child to a kindergarten, however, parents will be required to pay all school fees in full.
